Terms for paid listings

These terms apply when a venue buys a paid placement on Sunday Geneva ("we", "us"). By ordering, you accept them on behalf of your venue and confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. Who we are

Sunday Geneva is operated by the entity named in our legal notice. Contact: [email protected].

2. Plans and prices

Featured Basic: CHF 49 per month. Featured Plus: CHF 99 per month. Featured Premium: CHF 149 per month. Hotel concierge sheet: CHF 79 per month. Newsletter Sunday pick: CHF 90 per issue, one-off.

All prices are in CHF and exclude Swiss VAT (currently 8.1%), which is added at checkout. What each plan includes is shown on the order page when you order.

3. Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month on your sign-up date until you cancel. There is no minimum term. Newsletter picks are paid when you book.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the self-service customer portal (link in every receipt). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your placement stays live until then and you are not charged again. We do not refund partial months.

5. Going live

Your listing goes live within 3 working days of us receiving your payment and complete content (text and photos).

6. Your content and photos

You keep ownership of what you send us. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, crop, resize and display it on Sunday Geneva, in our newsletter, concierge sheet and social media, for as long as your placement runs and for a reasonable time afterwards in archives.

You confirm that your content is accurate, that you own or have cleared the rights to it (including photos, logos and any people shown), and that it does not break any law or third-party rights. You are responsible for claims arising from content you supplied.

7. Our editorial standards

We may edit text for length and style, and we may crop, colour-correct, refuse or replace images that do not meet our standards. Paid placements are labelled "Featured". Payment does not buy reviews, ratings or editorial opinions.

8. Free corrections and removals

Any venue, paying or not, can ask us free of charge to correct factual information (hours, address, closure) or to remove a photo. Email [email protected].

9. Liability

We provide placements as they are and do not guarantee any number of visitors, clicks or bookings. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, except for intent or gross negligence or where the law does not allow a limit.

10. Changes

We may change these terms or our prices with 30 days' notice by email. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Law and courts

Swiss law applies. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland, have jurisdiction.
